Led creative design for the 2025 Black Friday Sale, developing cohesive campaign visuals used across ads, website, email, and print. The campaign supported a month-long sale window and multiple promotional strategies, requiring high-volume creative production while maintaining clarity, consistency, and performance across channels.
The Challenge
Black Friday 2025 extended beyond a single weekend, requiring sustained creative that could support evolving promotions and messaging throughout the month. The campaign needed to balance scale and performance while clearly communicating different types of offers across the site.
Key challenges included:
Producing a high volume of ad creative to test designs, offers, and product focuses across multiple placements
Supporting a month-long campaign with consistent yet flexible creative across channels
Clearly communicating complex sales structures, including bundled offers and restocked bestsellers, without overwhelming customers
Role & Scope
Scope: Campaign creative, paid ads, email design, website campaign visuals, print assets
Designed the core visual direction for the 2025 Black Friday Sale across digital and print channels
Created over 80 unique ad creative variations, formatted and adapted for multiple screen sizes and placements
Designed and produced 10+ campaign emails sent throughout November to support different phases of the sale
Developed on-site campaign visuals to highlight bundled promotions, limited-time offers, and high-demand products returning to stock
Collaborated with marketing partners to align creative with campaign strategy and performance goals
